Richard’s leadership has been central to the creation of some of the most celebrated and strategically positioned properties in recent years. He led the brand and creative vision for The Global Ambassador Hotel, an urban luxury destination inspired by global travel, and The Twelve Thirty Club, a multi-level dining and entertainment experience on Nashville’s Broadway. In both cases, Richard stewarded every detail—from naming and identity to art curation and service design—ensuring each concept was deeply authentic, operationally aligned, and experientially distinct.
